I arrived not expecting too much given the very low price for Vienna and the area even if it was a hostel
the shared room was clean and with a bathroom only in the room I found myself sleeping with very nice people
the refreshment area remains open all night where they have draft beer and also pizza as well as vending machines everywhere that sell many products
there is always someone from security stationed at the reception as well as the staff
I was very satisfied with the experience and the convenience of the train and the metro in front

酒店外觀和大堂環境不錯。但大廳辦理入住的第一個服務生服務態度欠佳，丟給顧客一張登記表讓你自己填寫，殊不知這對於一個70多歲的外國老太太👵🏻有多困難。幸好後來又來了一個更年輕的服務生主動幫助我填寫、辦理好了入住。為後來的這位年輕服務生點贊！酒店大廳可以提供開水，不過要向前台服務生索要。
酒店內我訂的6人男女混住的房間很大，裏面有兩張單人床和兩張上下鋪的雙人床。屋內有自帶的一間衞生間，內帶洗漱設施，另外還有一間洗浴間。衞生尚可。我居住的4個晚上，除了我是一個長者家外，其它的基本上都是年輕人。居住期間居然還碰上了兩個醫生同行，一個是馬來西亞到維也納來旅遊的；一個是印度到維也納來短暫學習的。
4個晚上的體驗總體來説還不錯，價格也不貴，在歐洲能住到這樣的青年旅館，性價比可以，推薦大家到這個旅館居住！

A&O Hostel is a chain hostel and this one is located 7 minutes' away from the Vienna main train station. The location is perfect for those who arrive and leave Vienna by train. There are a number of bus lines and a metro line. The price is reasonable and it is very popular among schools. You may find a lot of school kids and this may cause a noisy environment. The service was slow and the computer system sometimes didn't work properly. Whenever you seek help from the reception, there is always a long line. On the room, you don't have your own locker to lock up your things. The cleanliness is acceptable. There are some better hostels if you are willing to pay a few more euros or travel a longer distance.

Room is in 6 floor, if u carry a luggage not a good option for u as they have a stair between every floor
Luckily, I stay 1 night only. No any issue
