本次入住發生個小插曲，16號下午三點多到酒店，因當時訂的北苑不在主樓，所以想升級下房型，然後想在手機上退了重訂，哪知道攜程1位女客服説不行，沒入住也要收手續費，這不知道是她的規定還是攜程的規定，還説要在一個半小時內和酒店再給我答覆能不能改，完全不顧我帶着孩子在酒店大堂等，等了一會兒前台幫我問了下客房中心並未接到攜程的電話，這裏特別表揚酒店大堂徐美女人美心善，超有耐心，讓我別急，説會溝通好的，下次來上海我依然會選擇延安飯店。於是我又打了95010，攜程一位小哥哥接的，態度很好，瞭解了情況，又問了前客服處理情況，説前女客服説讓我必須先重新下單付完錢才能給我退前一個訂單的錢，雖然我是肯定會訂的，但這樣的處理讓我很不爽，現在的平台這麼多，不知道攜程怎麼會這麼牛，還是女客服太牛了？下次絕不會推薦朋友用攜程訂酒店，因為一不小心就會被扣手續費，就算你沒有入住也不行，給攜程差評。

房間可以，地理位置優越，對面大商務中心。交通便利。
衹是前台服務很失望。辦理退房，着急趕路，前面排一個人，很久辦不完。我説我着急，麻煩能不能快點。她説我辦完這個。好，應該這樣。結果20分鐘過去還沒有辦完，隔壁排隊已經辦完幾個了。不知道是業務水平不行，還是有意拖延。後來一位男士來了，2分鐘不到就辦好了。星級酒店應該提高員工專業能力。對得起星級！
