Awful hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone. Quite dusty and dirty, already shabby, the staff does not take care of everything well. Complete nonsense - this is that they forgot to hang the curtains in our room: we went in, and there was a huge bag on the floor in the middle of the room - it turns out that these were dusty curtains that the staff simply forgot to hang... they called a girl, she came to hang them and hung them upside down! Carelessness and indifference, I called again to have them re-hung, this time purely on principle, because such an attitude from the Staff is not normal. They forgot to give towels to the room: there were none at all. I asked for a hair dryer: they did not bring it, I had to go down to the reception myself. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, hard, water was pouring out from under it in all directions and flooding the counter, very uncomfortable. The hanger was stupidly broken and not fixed, there was nowhere to hang things, to which the maid simply smiled and shrugged. The breakfast was terrible: meager and everything was tasteless. I never got hot water in the shower, I washed under lukewarm water. The mattress was already sagging and worn out, it was scary to sleep on it. In general, I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially considering that it sometimes has inflated prices, because I paid about $50 per night for it, after the trek it was offered for $80 per night, which is completely unreasonable. The neighboring hotel Dashain is much better, where we stayed after the trek and everything was perfect)
