First off, this is a bargain. I have stayed at several local places priced similarly, which offer the same type of layout and services, but on a more locally managed level. Mini Hotel takes that model and adds a level of professionalism to it where you feel more like you're in a proper hotel chain. I have stayed at both locations in HK over the years, so this is also not my first time staying there. However, one must realize that you are still getting barebones hotel facilities and not staying in a 5-star (or 4-star) hotel. The beds was a bit uncomfortable and lumpy, the toilet area is as small as it could ever be, the floor was lumpy as they seemed to have just placed padded vinyl flooring over raw concrete flooring, the air con worked, but it was either on or off as too cold or got too warm in the room. For a basic stay that won't break the bank, that is clean and well managed- perfect. Just go with the flow with the rest...

The location of the hotel is close to the shopping area at the Causeway Bay. It takes about 7-10 minutes to walk to the metro station. Room is clean and tidy and the staff is nice and helpful. Room size is comparatively small.
